Great job with your article about reinvigorating personas! This is exactly what I have been teaching for the past decade: no demographics! YAY! Huzzah! I love that you are asking people to do actual qualitative data research, and do it properly. (So many non-academically-trained researchers accidentally layer their own bias into the data, so, like you, my approach is keyed to those people so they can do this kind of research without curating based on their own experiences.)
