Tiago and Leah, what brilliant diagrams in this article!! I'm so excited to see them, and also to learn from you how you adapted the process across bigger teams at a very large organization! I especially love how you code the hierarchy so that you can match capabilities from another data set! Woohoo!

I was just chatting with someone last week about figuring a way to have the diagram and data sheets connected, two way, so that updates in either place can update the other. That is the big wish for 2021 or 2022!
